Thanks to various mods, notably the Elithian Races mod that helped supplied me the material-blocks needed for the construction of this "massive" tower, and the Frackin' Universe mod for the various crafting stations included.
It may have taken a week, ±2-3 days at least, overall I'd say it can be improved by adding more solar-tower arrays, but y'know, the base has a fission/quantum reactor and a few batteries.
