I used role 'DimentionFantasy/200185 Ihsiew 063', setup her pose then copy and flip to make another one as her reflection. Then use background ('BG/Street/jd13 jd13', flip, Alpha180) put it in Layer between 2 roles. Other than that just add details like rain, shadow. Personally, I use couple of 'Effect/Light/fg094 Light20' (Brightness 0, Alpha 140) as shadows (behind role, around corner). And for a room reflection I use 'Background/Indoor/sn10, Alpha50', lowest layer. Hope this help.
