■概要(Overview)
東京都にある首都高速道路の混雑状況を説明する情報表示板です。
こちらは高速道路ではなく、一般道路に設置されているタイプです。
Information display board explaining the congestion situation of the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway in Tokyo.
This is not an expressway, but a type installed on a general road.

2パターンですが、数秒置きに表示が切り替わります。
There are two patterns, but the display changes every few seconds.

■メモ(Memo)
適当に作成したので表示経路が誤っている場合があります。
一般道路用ですが、高速道路に設置しても違和感はないと思います。
また、支柱がないので、高架橋や支柱を別途利用してください。

The display route may be wrong because it was created without thinking too much.
Although it is for general roads, I think that there is no sense of incongruity even if installed on expressways.
Also, since there are no pillars, please use viaducts and pillars separately.
