In general, this game has many bugs, some of them can help you decrease the campaign's difficulty:

• You can let the enemy pay you first and crush them later if you have a larger army than theirs, this should not have any negative effects
  
  
• Click the "X" on the upper right of the chat box to cancel the current sessions

However, there is a serious bug here, for Windows 7, it is likely that your game may crash at runtime when you are loading a saved game, and most efforts to try to save the progress won't change the result. This means that dozens of hours you spent in it will become nothing but a waste of time. Trust me, this is truly a bad experience. I didn't figure out a smooth way to fix this bugs, but there is a solution (probably there are better solutions): save you game in different profiles and do this process at least in about every 20 minutes.

Now lets discuss why we should save the game in each 20 minutes:

There is also a common bug for this game. The game may crash at any time while you're playing the campaign. The weired part is that there is no clues that can show what action a player performed in this game causes this. For example, you might encounter a crash when you click on a castle or decide to launch an attack on a group of enemies.

It is possible that there are still many other bugs hidden in the game, and since it seems that the game maker has stopped to find or fix them, we have try to deal with them ourselves.


If you still want to try this game, get prepared for these bugs.

The campaign is relative hard, so you'd better to get prepared for each mission, and there are some tips that may help you.

• You can trade like a merchant to earn money, but take a look at the price. Goods' price are same at most places except at the villages or towns that purduce them
  
  
• You can also play as a bandit to earn money, but you may want to avoid your "fellows" that has a stronger army than yours
  
  
• Auto combat will make you suffer a huge lost, and the trophies' value is not enough to reinforce the soldiers
  
  
• Horse is an important resource, it can fulfill the requirements to upgrade your cavalary or lets you carry more goods. Besides, other goods (except foods) are only for "goods" uses
  
  
• Some kind of soldiers sometimes may charge without your order, especially those with a higher rank
  
  
• In regular combats, it seems impossible to defeat an army that displays "very strong" and "invincinble" on the information bar, AI's combat skills are not weak
  
  
• The gereral map of the game is like Mount & Blade's general map, but with some differences
  
  
• Boring story line; no movies; no voices; no pictures
  
  
• Cavalary units won't execute your orders easily once they are in combat
  
  
• Archers are a crucial part of your army, especially when facing with the mongols.
  
  
  
• Oh, one more point, the battlefield is very large, therefore the battle time is really like a real warfare, you need to spend a long time to finish a battle if you want to decrease your soldiers' casulaties
