About this mod

This mod was a user request of the original mod: Aesthetic Cinematic Borders

For further detail and other incorporated changes as well as highly recommended mods to use with this mod: please see description of original mod: Aesthetic Cinematic Borders

The main and only difference to the original mod is that i added back the secondary empire color as border color. So:

Original mod: empire + border color = same color = primary color
This mod: empire color = primary color and border color = secondary color
Vanilla: empire color = secondary color and border color = primary color

Thanks @Ajey for the quick response. I'm new to Stellaris but not to heavily-modded game installs so I'm used to locking myself into a version. In this case as I am new, I forgot to set the beta flag in Steam and the game updated to 2.40 and I then had to roll it back to 2.3.3, and your mod (the only one as far as I can tell) disappeared in that process.

Thanks for the pointer to where the game has its mod list, wiping that should work.

@vossiewulf
if you don't want to update to 2.4 yet try those steps:

1. go to "../Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod" and delete all ".mod" files.
2. relaunch stellaris and look if you can see the mod now (.mod files will be recreated by steam launcher)

If that did not help you can do this:

1. go to the old launcher and create a "new mod" => once you created the mod a "new folder" should appear in ../Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/"new folder name"
2. go to ../Programs/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/182990/
3. unzip the folder with name: "1725838671"
4. copy the content of the unzipped folder 1725838671 into ../Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/"new folder name"
5. start stellaris and enable the "new mod" you created

i hope that helps. Otherwise once you update to 2.4 you can use this mod again :)

I am playing 2.3.3 and now I don't see this mod in my mod list and the game has reverted to its original border design. What do I do to see it again?
