As you can see from the comments below I have had the same problem. But there is a solution.
Can you please tell me if you know how to make a Quick Drive Scenario?
Thank you for providing me with that information on the issue. I will try and have an investigate later on if I get the chance.
Thomas
If I go into Quick Drive and load a 390 I get a notice saying that it cannot load as it cannot find the destination Oxford 2. I then created a scenario from the existing scenario in Build at a different Paddington platform going to Oxford 1. I get the same notice. When creating a new scenario in Build from Oxford to Paddington I am told to check electrification and train type.
I have also done a complete uninstall/install of Train Sim (but that is not because of this).
Hope that helps!
Johnny
I created a scenario with a 390 from Oxford to Paddington. Loading the scenario I have " Invalid start point - Check Electrification and train type." I have no problem running a diesel locomotive on this electrified track.
Same with me loading the route from Quick Drive. But for me it has never worked.
But the Didcot Parkway electrification is loaded and works well and is really great.
Perhaps they should not be both subscribed at the same time?
Thank you for this really useful creations as it allows me to try every sort of train out of Paddington and go fast.
