Unit Max Load Patch

Simple patch mod to increase max load of units.
Before changes, it was impossible even with a load coef of zero to free the player of weight restrictions.

No idea. To clarify what this does:
it doesn't inherently increase the amount in which your character can carry. It increases the limitation which does not allow you to increase the weight limit through script alone.
