Knight's honor achievement

This is a guide to the Dark souls achievement Knight's honor, where you have to collect all the unique weapons, I'm gonna list them and a vague instructions on where to get them

Moonlight butterfly horn
Craft the soul of the Moonlight butterfly with a +10 spear/thrusting weapon at the giant blacksmith
I would recommend descending the lightning spear you find in Sen's fortress

Crystal ring shield
Craft the soul of the Moonlight butterfly with a 10+ shield at the giant blacksmith

Quelaag's furysword
Craft the soul of Quelaag with a 10+ curved sword at the giant blacksmith

Chaos blade
Craft the soul of Quelaag with a 10+ katana at the giant blacksmith

Dragonbone fist
Craft the core of an Iron golem with a 10+fist weapon at the giant blacksmith

Golem axe
Craft the core of an Iron golem with a 10+ axe at the giant blacksmith

Dark moon bow
Craft the soul of Gwyndolin with a 10+ bow at the giant blacksmith

Tin darkmoon catalyst
Craft the soul Gwyndolin with a catalyst at the giant blacksmith

Dragonslayer spear
Craft the soul of Ornstein with a 10+spear/thrusting weapon at the giant blacksmith
I would recommend descending the lightning spear you find at sens fortress

Smough's hammer
Craft the soul of Smough with a 10+greathammer at the giant blacksmith

Craft the soul of Sif with a 10+greatsword

Greatsword of Artorias

Greatshield of Artorias
Craft the soul of Sif with a 10+shield at the giant blacksmith

Lifehunt scythe
Craft the soul of Priscilla with a 10+whip/halberd at the giant blacksmith

Craft the soul of Gwyn with a 10+dagger/sword/greatsword at the giant blacksmith

Valley of drakes, next the undead dragon

Bloodshield
Painted world, at the undead dragon

Dragon crest shield

Anor londo, found in a chest in a cellar alongside Havel's other gear

Dragonslayer greatbow
Anor londo, behind a broken glass in front and above the two sentinels guarding the entrance to the cathedral

Effigy shield
Tomb of the giants, at a plateau guarded by a black knight

Havel's greatshield
Anor londo, found in a chest in a cellar alongside his other gear

Velka's rapier
Painted world of ariamis, behind a wooden barricade, you'll have to grab the annex key in the sewers

Black iron shield
Anor londo, in the corner of the room where the painted world of ariamis is found

When you revisit the undead asylum, make your way trough the asylum and kill Oscar of astora

Anor londo, drop from the sentinels
Can also be purchased from giant blacksmith in Anor londo

Grant
Tomb of the giants, acquired by killing Paladin Leeroy when he he invades you

Sanctus
Tomb of the giants, acquired by killing Paladin Leeroy when he he invades you

Silver knight shield
Anor londo, drop from any silver knight

Silver knight spear
Anor londo, drop from any spear wielding knight

Silver knight straight sword
Anor londo, drop from sword wielding silver knight

Darkroot garden, drop from Giant stone knights

Can also be purchased from Shiva if encountered down in blighttown

Priscillas dagger
Cut the tail of Priscilla

Drake sword
Cut the tail of the Hellkite dragon

Gargoyle tail axe
Cut the tail of the gargoyle

Moonlight greatsword
Cut the tail of Seath

Dragon greatsword
Cut the tail of the everlasting dragon

Dragon king greataxe
Cut the tail of the gaping dragon

So, i have all the items in one caracter, and i didn't got the achievement. Anyone would know why?

You don't need dark sword?

I don't need that spear used by the Crawling Demons (or Titanite Demons, those things that drop Demon Titanite) do I? Cause there's only one that respawns...

You have to have them all, simultaneously, in your inventory

Do I have to have the weapons all at once or can I obtain them once, hand them to a friend, and still get the achievement?

No, as long as you have them on one character. You can even get a friend to drop weapons for you, and it will still count.
