@SieEhmBe Mate, you did something wrong, my first Hardcore on max difficulty complete playthrough was on Embermage, had no problem with killing mobs and bosses, was near death only 2-3 times, and those was not bosses, still had good survivability for a ranged class. This game is awesome, you must try it again. If you need guide or just a tip, just ask or look for it in guides page, I'm sure ther will be decent guide.
