This is a layout with information you can find in the 'Rules and Regulations' book in game. The idea is to play in windowed mode with this image diplayed underneath so you can quickly see info like Issuing cities, valid work seals, valid entry seals and valid diplomatic seals without having to search around in the book.

I made this for people who are having trouble making enough cash each day to stay in the game, or if you just dont like searching around in the book. It's kind of a cheat so dont use it unless you're having trouble making progress in the game, as I'm sure the developer intended a state of panic when you're searching around the book for all this info.

It's 1920 by 1080, you can either set it as a desktop wallpaper or just use a full-screened image viewer, like Windows Photo Viewer.
