[L4DAC] Golden Frying Pan

WARNING: This addon also (sort of) replaces the Fire Axe and Machete textures because they are included in the same .vtf file.

Again, this retexture addon was made for completion, as well as a replacement for Shrektastic's version of sorts. This is the Golden Frying Pan ported directly from Left 4 Dead: Survivors (LEFT 4 DEAD -生存者たち- or L4DAC), which was distributed to players who have participated in the "Location Test" event before the game's release, along with two shiny Magnums and a wearable T-Shirt. You have our trust that this overpriced pan wouldn't burn or melt from stove gas while you cook your favorite brand of chicken nuggets and not-so-French fries on it, and neither would it break from all the heads you're bonking with it.
