Deep Drill Mining

This mod adds in Deep drills. These dig deep under the ground to mine and do not require a nearby surface resource to work!

There are drills for Ore, Copper and Stone Hybrid (makes building materials).

They are half as effective as regular drills however.

Both regular and automated drills added behind level 6 research requiring both engineering and ancient science books and for automated AI cores.

If only being half as effective proves too strong I might nerf it further but 50% effectiveness felt like a good place to start.
