Adds King Joao IV as an alternate leader to Portugal.

Trait: Restaurador
Combat victories grant Loyalty for the nearest friendly City when fighting on the same continent as the Capital. Cities on this continent that are at full Loyalty cannot be put under Siege.

Agenda: Defense of Palestrina
Builds as many Buildings that can house Great Works as he can. Admires civilizations that are competing with him for the same Great People, provided they are high in Faith. Resents those that do the same that are neglecting their Faith.

Requires Gathering Storm. Vanilla may be available in the Links below. Don't bother asking for a Vanilla-compatible version; if it doesn't exist already, there won't be one.
