I was able to make a skyrim voice replacer work with Enderal. It's just a simple renaming of a few files.
It would only depend if you know which file has which sound. I didn't so I just when from top down.
It's not perfect but it's better then the throw up grunt.
(It will work with any voice replacer if the audio files are fuz files. Have not tested it with other audio files.)

Cross referencing skyrim's esm and enderal's esm (aswell as their modified skyrim esm), there are still the following player dialogue topics* to be replaced (using the enderal editor names):

The shouts and talent casts are tricky because they're activated by abilities unique to enderal, so finding a suitable replacement from skyrim's list is rather difficult.

The OutOfBreath topic simply needs to be identified as the sound that plays when the character loses their breath focusing in on a scoped bow (eagle eye ability), or if they're running out of breath due to low stamina from sprinting or apower attacks.

As I have no program that plays fuz files, its a matter of trial and error, but for all purposes, this version frees combat from sounding like a pregnant woman or a grunting gorilla. I have not used any shout/talent abilities that cause the player to speak yet, so I have no idea how those sound ingame.

* A topic is a category for which individual files that correspond to a general term go. i.e, POAT = all power attack sounds
