Improved DNA Animated HUD

A combonation of Lemmer's Improved Stock HUD (Ver. 2) and Maru's DNA Animated Health Bar.

Changes from Lemmer's Improved Stock HUD (Ver. 2):
- No background box containing the survivor's name.
- Animated Twisting DNA's replace the stock health gauge (refer to Maru's DNA Animated Health Bar addon for more details)
- The player's name will not appear when they are incapictated.

Changes from Maru's DNA Animated Health Bar addon:
- Included player's name below his health bar.
- Included Team's health counter above their health bar.
