Small garage refreshed by Starshall

A generic level 1 industrial growable; small (2 x 2 plot) defenestrated garage building with "lean-to" office.

Updated to improve the d, s and n maps and to add an illumination and colour map. Refer to the first screenshot which shows the old (background) versus new (foreground).

See the screenshot for relevant tri count and texture sizes per ‘Mesh Info’.

No custom props– decoration at your discretion.

I absolutely enjoy how you made this building like like it is used and as real as they come... rather than every building in the game looking brand new.
