I don't own a ROG Ally, but I can try and help you as best I can. It sounds like you said DX11 isn't supported by AMD Adrenaline? If that's a typo and DX11 *is* supported, then yes I'd recommend choosing the dgVoodoo DX8 to DX11 fix when installing the Fix.
Now the sound is a weird one, you're absolutely sure that you're TV speakers are set to the default audio in your Windows Sound Settings? If so, I'm not really sure why the sound would be playing from your Ally instead of the TV speakers, but yes you could try choosing a different sound fix. The DSOAL one is generally recommended, but for some people the Ultimate Sound Patch works better.
Yes, it's recommended you uninstall the Fix from your Windows Programs List, then reinstall it, just to keep things clean and easy. If you don't want to do that, you can find links to each individual fix at the top of this guide.
