The matrix colors will be under GUIcolor, and if you want mine, here you go.

<MatrixRed> 0, 0.31, 0.61 </MatrixRed>
<MatrixGreen> 0.36, 0, 0 </MatrixGreen>
<MatrixBlue> 0.98, 0, 0 </MatrixBlue>

Go into program files, in products and locate a file called "GraphicsConfiguration.xml". After that edit the file and locate a portion of text called

Standard
1, 0, 0
0, 1, 0
0, 0, 1

Change that around and save it, and you'll notice the HUD is different. If you want an easier way to visualize, use this tool.
