Chapter 2: Church, Junkyard "Garage Secret Project area"

The Motel Room does get closed off in Chapter 2 might be Chapter 3 also

Chapter 3: Judge Jackson House, I could be wrong with this one, but if I remember right after killing him you can't get back into the house

Chapter 6: After Getting the Dagger and Traveling away, the Entrance to the Celler in Dante House does get closed off

All 66 Bubbleheads

When Reaching Chapter 4 Stay on it, and Collect all the bubbleheads you can before carrying on
