And what of the 100 points in all skills, even if it's weapons and fighting? Sometimes training is boring and an item works miracles.

douglas.nomsn : I didn't play this game for ages, so I don't remember first hand the impact on NPCs. I guess they get the same bonus as your characters. You can defeat them just as easily, they'll just have a harder time dying of blood loss. :)

Hi. Please take a question. How does this mod affect NPCS? I've been using it a lot, but I'm in doubt that it's making a lot of stronger NPCS in struggling areas, recovering without medical kits in some cases ... Is that right or am I mistaken?
