Wild Pootis Birds have been hunted and eaten since the discovery of them, in October 2013. They are hard to find because of the decreasing population of them and will usually fight back if threatened, but if you follow these steps you will be able to capture and properly prepare a Wild Pootis Bird for consumption.

1 Pootis Bird
1 Melee weapon (of any kind)
1 Flame thrower (of any kind)
1 Hot hand

Step 1. Find a Pootis Bird.
Step 2. Use the flame thrower's airblast to move it to a private location, away from other players
Step 3. Use your melee weapon to almost kill the Pootis Bird
Step 4. Light the almost dead pootis bird on fire for to kill it and fully cook it.
Step 5. After about 30 seconds of the pootis bird cooking, use your flame thrower to extinguish it so the meat doesn't burn.
Step 6. Use your hot hand to tenderize the pootis bird after it has been killed.
Step 7. Call your friends over and consume the properly prepared pootis bird. Enjoy your meal.
