@Sir_BluGoo It's going to be called Ghoul Master, have a small kickstarter made for it as well which reached its fairly low goal, and I post updates daily both to my twitter and on the KS page for it; just made a discord as well for it tonight which I'm going to start posting to as well in order to get ideas and suggestions from the community with.

@Teirdalin If what you say is true, then you have earned my trust. But seriously, Just like everyone who played this game, I've been waiting for someone to put a spiritual sequel out for over a decade.

Oh I'm working on a game in the genre of ghost master as well. Although definitely avoiding calling it as such as I rather not get sued, the patent is active and still owned by the original developers.
Going for an isometric view in mine though as it just feels great.

Sequels have to be handled with care. I've been desiring Evil Genius 2 since over a decade, and now I had to put it in the ignore list, go figure.
