Beskrivelse
Fictional steam era western region branch line.

NOTE: A newer 'revisited' version is available here, which massively increases the size of the route along with various other improvements;
https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2555064100 or search 'Western Branch Lines'.

A route built from scratch based on a typical ex-GWR branch line. Starting from the seaside town of Waterbeach, the line follows the estuary passing through Ferry halt next to a marina, and onwards towards the industrial works at Batterlea. Passing through a forest, the line then emerges at the junction station of Havenbrook, where the branch meets the mainline. A short stretch then continues along the mainline to the small village of Feyford, allowing you to stretch the legs of any express services using the branch.

Details:
-Length: 7 Miles.
-Mean Speed: 20 to 60mph.
-Time to Traverse: 15 to 20 minutes.
-Stations: 5.
-Yards: 3.
-Depots: 1.

Requirements:
-Only requires DTG's Riviera Line in the Fifties Exeter to Kingswear Route Add-on (Steam)

Enjoy!

I'll give this a shot tomorrow. Having enjoyed your other routes, I imagine I'll like this one too.

Thanks. A . A. I shall try this then. I definitely have the DLC, though.

Hi Colin, several things you can do;
-1). Make sure you have Riviera in the Fifties DLC installed.
-2). Try unsubsribing and resubsribing to the route.
-3). Clear the game cache.
-4). Create a scenario for the route but start at the 'route origin'.

If all else fails, load up the scenario editor and look for the hills in the horizon, thats where the route is. Likely some glitch has occurred meaning the route hasn't downloaded properly or is loading in at the wrong set of co-ordinates for the location of the route. Hope that helps :)

Hi AirbourneAlex. I downloaded this route, but I can't find it mate? I searched for a good half an hour. All I could see was miles and miles of grass land. This is one reason whyI don't construct routes myself, mate. I can never seem to find them. The route sounds good, if only I could find it. :steamsad:

There's certainly room for extension, but route building takes me forever to do plus I have to be in the right mood to do it otherwise it can be very fustrating. I'm satisfied with the length of the line as it is, unlikely to be extended but if I feel up to the challenge in the future then I may well do so...
