That said, while I agree with you on downloading save files/save editors, I really don't see anything wrong with cheating a character to 99. Nothing wrong with wanting to skip hours of grinding before tackling insane mode, and even having a 99 doesn't make it a cakewalk at all.
Yeah, I've cheated a couple characters to 99. This was after I beat normal mode with them legitimately, and I wanted to take them through insane mode with my friends. We don't have a lot of time to play video games anymore, and I don't want to use what little time I have on a mindless grind. So, shame on me for not being a true gamer I guess.
It's a glorified Newgrounds flash game that wound up making it. Who cares how others play it?
