Wisp is one of the hardest supports in the game, and is more often that not laned with a CHAOS KNIGHT, lane with a CK ata all costs. This build was hand made by me (a support player) using my extensive play with this extrodinary hero, this build specificly caters to laniing with a Chaos Knight as the pair late game are insepparable.
