Vulcan-Charis (Star Trek)

Descrizione
( T'Khasi--T'Khut )

Vulcan is the homeworld of the advanced race of humanoids known as Vulcans. The planet, which is called T'Khasi in the native tongue, is an arid desert planet with few bodies of liquid water. It is significantly larger and more massive than Earth, but possesses a thinner atmosphere. Part of a binary planetary system, Vulcan and its volcanic companion, Charis, orbit around a shared center of mass as they revolve around the interior edge of their orange sun’s habitable zone.

Btw maybe for a trek system in the future you could use STO (star trek online)

ok

@4 comets comment: A white dwarf is the remnant of a red giant star shedding its outer layers, which is not as destructive to the local environment as a supernova explosion. The process is relatively slow and would not create a significant disruption to planets orbiting the 40 Eri A star 400 AU away. Our Sun will likewise end its life as a white dwarf, but it is unlikely that it will disrupt the Pluto-Charon system (often considered binary dwarf planets) even though they are only 40 AU away.

This system with 3 stars is unstable with the a dead core of a star
the reason this is nearly si-fi is that white dwarfs don't form
they come from an exsploding star with the power to push any planets in the area of effect
and destabalising any binary planets
