For those who are wondering, you need to start an offline game, then press the "-" key in the numped (on the right side of the keyboard, as opposed to the "-" that is between 0 and = ).
Then press developer, then player, then give weapon, and then you have a number of guns which are in the game and a number of unfinished gun like the M5A5, the Galil SAR, L1A1 and so on. you can choose whichever, but if you choose some stuff that has something to do with fire support and shoot it, it will crash your game.
