Quick Advice

You need at least 2x game-sessions, to unlock all achievements in this episode.
So I recommend to run for

- "You are a liar"
- "Remorse"

and

- "Truthful"
- "Heir"

in separate sessions.

Note : Malik on duty

Just make sure, that you use&listen your broadcast system every day and post every news. The achievement should pop-up, before Malik gets killed or joins the rebells.You also may get news, from Franko or paper-notes, which you find in your apartment.(threats by military)
Get sure, to visit every location and room, to avoid missing news.

26 notes are required for this achievement.

If you arent able to make it, just take a look below on the detailed achievement-guide.

- known issues (according to the community) -> You could get the news about falling tobacco prices twice. That would ruin the achievement-run, according to other users. Simply restart the day, and dont ask Franko again.
- If you lie to Malik about the last event, it could block the military-news

"Malik on Duty"-Achievement Guide + Clip

Since there are many folks complaining that this achievement wont work, I resetted my achievment and quick-played it again. Just 4 u, guys. ;)

Get sure, that you wont leave Malik alone at home, after you've visited every location. That would trigger the "Malik-Event" (where he leaves or dies), and you have to start all over again.
DONT GO TO THE DECREPIT SQUAD, BEFORE YOU GET THE "INTENSE-FIREFIGHTS NOTE. If the achievement wont pop up after the "intense firefight"-note, just exit to the main menue and restart the day again.".

You dont have to follow it 1:1. You might get some news earlier or later.

"Malik On Duty"- Savefile

For those who cant get this achievment cause of bugs, here is the link to the subforum of TwoM.

Diary: You are a liar

There are "3" situations in this episode, where you have to decide, if you tell Malik the truth or not.
Just lie to him twice, and the achievement is yours.

Diary: Truthful

Do the opposite as in the "You are a liar"-achievement. You have to be honest, twice a time.

Epilogue: Heir

I would suggest, to aim for this, when you run for the "Truthful"-achievement.
After Malik gets killed, get sure that you visit the "Music-Club", to loot the remaining radio-parts. Back at home, fix the broadcast-system, and this achievement is yours.
This wont work, if Malik dies trough a injury/hunger/desease. Adem wont appear

Epilogue: Remorse

So this one is a little more tricky. I would suggest, to aim for this achievement, when you run for the "You are a liar"-Achievement.
So keep on lying to Malik, and he will leave you, to join the rebells. Your broadcast system gets destroyed by them, too.
So keep on playing, until Franko visits you (the salesman), and ask him about radio-parts.
He will give you the remaining parts to repair your radio, but you have to do him a favor.
You have to get him a foto-album, which you will find in the new unvisited place, on your map.

Get sure to craft a weapon/gun and dont go unprotected in there. You have to kill 2 enemies, before you find the foto-album in the upper floors.
Take it back home and wait for Franko to appear again. (2-3 days interval)
Hand him his foto-album and repair your broadcast-system, and the achievement is yours.

Note: He is back home

Quite easy to achieve. After Malik gets killed or leaves you, Adem (your son), gets back home. That should simply unlock this achievement.
This wont work, if Malik dies trough a injury/hunger/desease.

Note: Roll-up master

Also very easy to achieve. You have to craft 100x cigarettes.
I suggest to produce the "rolled-up"-ones, cause they dont cost much components. You already have a herb-workshop build in your basement, so there is no need to craft one.

Guys you don't need the save files and messing with that for "Malik on Duty".

What you need to do is go and do all the broadcasts up until day 20 so total of 15 broadcasts and not do the brewery broadcast and keep it for later. On day 20 usually you get the fight intensifies broadcast from Mali listening to radio and you broadcast that one and then wait for another day. On day 21 you broadcast the brewery one and you should get achievement instantly no waiting times no need for game to finish.

If you don't get it instantly you don't go to next day, just leave the game and then go back in and it will start that same 21st day again. Then you try again to broadcast brewery and it should popup. You keep doing that until it popups up. If it doesn't popup you missed a broadcast. Go an count them it has to 15 broadcasts excluding the received ones.

That's all there is.

holy CRAP THANK YOU FOR THIS GUIDE!!!! I have played thru this episode about 3-4 times trying to get malik on duty your detail about not leaving malik alone after the brewery is KEY. man I am so happy. TY for the help!!!

Yes, the first file is still online and working. Thats at least what people have told me over the last couple of months.
Cant really tell why it isnt working for you without any further info

i tried to get the Remorse.. i went to the new place with the Son.. and killed the 2 men. then i found the photos.. i waited 2 days.. Franko didnt came, then game said its over -.-

coudnt build the radio.. coudnt talk to Malik.. and forgive each other.. so no Remorse achievement.

After Esme visits the brewery, DON'T report on the radio. Broadcast all news except this one. Wait at home with Malik until the 26th day to broadcast the brewery attack. Finally worked for me!
