What do I have to do, to win? Just blast to the front with the entire team and let 'em all lead?

Good review. I haven't seen too much of the newer management screens until this. Just to answer a couple of questions in it - you can pan the camera with Alt-LMB/drag, the hold position command will keep a guy in a break providing he has a high enough power and the energy gel slows the rate at which the red bar goes down in attacks/sprints. At least that was the case in PCM 2012 - can't see them changing, Nice job mate - thumbs up! :)
