I'm having a problem with the assets because for some reason it causes a error to happen but I'm still seeing if it's one or multiple of my assets or not. So, Let me know if anyone else is having the same issue as me.

The issue I have is every time I use this asset, save and then reload, it says the area around it is not available for building and despawns most of the city.

from the screenshots, this is exactly what i am looking for. for some reason the poles and wires refuse to load. the light and the arm load just fine. any help?
