City-14 is an heavily industrialised city located somewhere in the post-soviet area. A large part of the city is occupied by working and abandoned factories. Being in a relatively safe zone, far from the dead wastelands, this city is an important hub of the Combine Order in the region, serving as not only a logistics center, but also as an industrial center.

However, the city still has to prove its performance and efficiency as a loyal gear in the soulless rational machine of the Universal Union.

So, the features:

- No more night.
- Redesigned Nexus. (Only cosmetic, ja)
- Expanded subway. (New station - ДОНСКОИ, which will connect restricted area with the main city )
- Hospital,
- CP's chekpoint at train station,
- Citadel with cute animated spotlights,
- A large underground bunker, turned by the rebels into a base. (With working gateway)
- Redesigned bar with working radio,
- New custom propaganda posters,
- Other things, that I can forget.
And, yes.
- Whole map was OPTIMISED!
