[Bugged/Not Working] [TTT] Dangerous Spring Mine

Changes:
Mine shoots you a bit higher (800 instead of 700)
Mine takes a bit longer to "defuse" (100 health instead of 20)
Mine is a bit transparent
Mine won't make a sound when walked over
Mine does not despawn when tripped over
Mine also triggers when the one who placed it walks over

(Damage/kill will now be credited to world and not the player)
