Low spec User custom resolution

This guide is for people who wish to run the game below 1280x720 (to boost fps,etc) but still need the 16:9 aspect ratio.

First at all, the resolution that capcom provide is weird when under 1280x720, the window is open in 4:3 but the game only render in 16:9. some people can use external mods to make it fill the whole screen, but there is a way can do it without the mod, and the game resolution at 16:9 ?

If you still here because you find out your nivida control panel, don't have the many option like the Image showed.

So there is other way (for people who have nvidia optimus?) is using Intel HD control panel.
and there you can find the custom resolution option.

The intel article have told how to do the enable custom resolution.
But still write here.
Do at your own risk

Find CustomModeApp.exe at C:\Windows\System 32

You may receive a warning by open it, it may harm your system if you use some resolution that your laptop screen normally won't able to display, but for lower resolution I think is fine (I think...)

So at this section,
Select Display Select the display monitor, if you have other monitor and want to use that, select that monitor.

It should be like this (at least for my version) and the thing you want to insert is like this.
(the resolution is taken from low spec gaming video)

(960x540)(896x504) *these are the acceptable resolution, if you go beyond low the text will be unreable, and the Hz refer to your monitor, if you monitor have 60hz, can use 60hz, not more)

Click the " Add " below right and restart your laptop. The resolution option should be on Monster Hunter: World resolution selection.

I recommed to only have 1 custom resolution

It is weird that capcom provide 4:3 resolution, but the game won't render in that resolution it still widescreen
( 640 x 480 / 720 x 480 / 720 x 576 / 800 x 600 )
the game render in 800,640x400* which provide a "cinematic black bar" for user who use it.
(note* the game in running with Large text size*)

720x480
The text is barely visible.mininum black bar

800x600
The resolution is higher, but the text still not visible much. big black bar

960x540
the text is visible, although it look bad.
(the Rahtnos wing kinda messup because the it went inside the camera view)

896x504
The text almost unreable, but still better than in 800x600.

Does this work for Wide-screen?
A: nope, it only show black bar beside the screen.
