Mood debuffs from eating without a table is increased to -25 in order to add realism to the colonist's reaction to having to suffer through the unimaginable hell of eating on the floor.

The Simple Warrants mod lets other factions put a price on your colonists' heads if you do things like mistreat prisoners. Would it be possible to add a compatibility patch for this mod so that if your pawn eats without a table the leader of your colony attracts a bounty for having committed a war crime? I'm only about 75% joking here.
