The Dab (Repentance compatible)

When Isaac pick up an item, eat a good pill or is globally happy, he do things like "thumbs up" for showing his joy.
But let's be honest. In the true life, in this kind of situations, normal people do a dab.
This mod now fix this absurdity.

Actually work with all the characters, expect the forgotten (If someone can tell me were his texture is, I can add it ^^').

Can enter in conflict with other mods changing textures of the basic characters.
