For extracting the mod files, you will need a program that opens compressed files, like WinRAR for example. You can download it here: WinRAR[www.win-rar.com].

First, go to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2\ (or whatever directory your installation folder is), and rename your original RXC2 file into something else, just for backup purposes. You can rename it to RXC2_english. Then, download the mod file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KghXpLbmHhCiLkErlzWvEJflFGyXOw1R/view?usp=sharing, and put the file still packed in the same folder. Extract the file RMXAC2_mod_5SET2018_v2.0.rar, overwrite what's asked for, and you are ready to go!

The Opening Stage music of Mega Man X6 on this collection is the japanese version. If you want the western version (the one with the guitar riff), just do as follows:

Go to steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2\nativeDX10\X6\sound\bgm\wav\ and rename the file st_op.sngw to something else, like st_op.sngw_original. Download the mod file here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1k4P45XMIbhw1xcZ_6Doj-vPFuTsZi8I0/view?usp=sharing, and put the file on its place.

You don't need to uninstall anything! Simply go to the game folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2\ (or whatever directory your installation folder is), and run the RXC2_english. Or if you prefer, rename the mod RXC2 to RXC2_japanese, and the RXC2_english backup back to RXC2.

This mod does not conflict with the worldwide game files.
