• Know When To Fold Em'

Not ALL types of weapons may be great for you. But the good news is, there's a variety of them out there that are. Handguns, Sub-Machineguns, Automatic Rifles, Semi-Auto Rifles, Machine Guns, Shotguns and even KNIVES (if you're into that sort of thing). Once you found your matches, stick with them and get to know them better.

Oh and stay away from defuse kits, you'll always either be ignored/friendzoned as a terrorist. You can actually build a relationship with your C4 Explosive, but I warn you, just because your fellow terrorists don't want to hold the bomb doesn't mean they want a piece of action with it. We call these guys "F*ck Bois".

• Prioritizing Wisely

You're going to eventually change weapons at some point. Maybe you're tired of using Scouts or AWPs and wanted to go into something more automatic. You can always switch weapons whenever you want, your weapons are like your other team for the price of $.

Just be sure to know which ones to switch to. If you have any early intel on the enemy based on what they may use, try to find a weapon to counter that easily and pick a spot to flank in.

• It's Not Always About You

Just because you paid for them, doesn't mean you own them. If you want to maintain a multiple polyamorous relationship with your weapons, you're going to have to treat them with the respect and love they deserve. No more weapon drop distractions on Dust II near Long Doors.

If you can manage to do all of this, you're ready to step onwards to the next level.

• Acknowledge Your Friends

I get it, you want to spend a lot of time with your weapons. But your team is important too. You need to be able to get along with your teammates and not roleplay with your virtual weapon in the corner map of Dust II pretending you're making out with it like a psychopath. You need to participate in the match. Otherwise, your weapon won't be of much use and you're basically just losing money.

If you really want to spend time with your weapons, go out there and participate correctly in the match. It's what all CS:GO weapons are designed for.

• Dr. Yyra's Advice

If you really want a great relationship with a weapon, I suggest UMP45. And no, I'm not talking about UMP45 from Girls' Frontline. I'm talking about the one in CS:GO.

The Heckler & Koch Universale Maschinepistole is by far my favorite weapon in CS:GO. I've played many rounds with the UMP45 and it gets the job done. It's almost similar to the MP5, but the UMP is still my choice of weapon. It's a very reliable weapon for CQC and rushing.
