After the Naval Race

Description
Mod overview:
After the Naval Race is for-fun mod playing with the idea that naval race never actually stoped and more nations got involved in it.

What it does?
- Add ships to certain nations based on their vanila navy (nations that have stronger navy in vannilla will get more than for example Germany.

Compatibility:
- Handled by an event so it should be compatible with almost every mod, even with Rt56 and Kaiserreich.

I tried yesterday, and I can confirm it is a pain and a half.
I thought I would have gone insane from the sheer amount of times my game froze and crashed because according to the game, "Italy has no parent variant 0 for ship_hull_heavy_1" (was trying to add a battlecruiser variant through the event since Italy doesn't start with one)

@LolloBlue96 Yea, its kinda harder with MtG. I already redid ships for China, but if you want to make this mod compatible, you have my permission :-)

I think I could be able to make it work with MtG, if the author is alright with it.
Still, it would take a LOT of time to finish considering my laughable skills at modding.
(I will only try it with stated permission)
