Improvement Challenge

Basic Functional prison catering to all the prisoners needs. However, profits are low and all staff numbers a high for such a small prisoner count.

Challenge:
you start with £50k (probably will be lowered)
Increase the number of prisoners to 120.
Increase profits to a minimum of £1000 a month.
Ensure no escapes.

Harder Challenges:
Have a minimum of 50 new High Risk Prisoners.
Do not buy any more power stations.
Do not hire any new staff, even if you fire some.
Do not use the cell block grant.

If these feel too easy then message me with some ideas and I can see about making this more difficult.

At the end, publish your results so we can see how the prison has improved.
