Tired of the black cat running right in front of your fireball? Sir Lora walking through puddles of acid? Fear no more!

With your ornamental pet urn, you can bring your pets back to life.

Current Pets supported:
  • Black Cat [Fort Joy]
  • Peeper [Reaper's Coast]
  • Sir Lora and Quercus

FAQ
  • Where can I find the urn?
    It should be located in your inventory
  • Does this work with existing saves?
    Yes, and it should work even if one of the pets was previously killed prior to installing the mod. Or, even if Sir Lora's corpse is in another Region.
  • The urn does not work in HOE
    That is by design and consistent with the way DOS2 manages pets in HOE.
  • Does this work for pet xyz?
    Not yet, let me know what other pets need to be added.

Thanks to @Витольд for the fix, can confirm this works like a dream! (Quoted below)

"Holy cow! I actually fixed Peeper!

1. Download Savegame Editor: https://github.com/NovFR/DoS-2-Savegame-Editor
2. Load your save
3. Advanced -> Show savegame's tree -> Edit -> Search -> Search in all attributes
4. Search for the following string: "08b71c62-f1bf-41d7-e395-8d480f198d01" it's Peeper's UID
You found Peeper's Character node. Now we need to fix Peeper
5. In the same "Character" node, find child node "Flags"
6. Set value to "536870912"

Peeper appears.

If this value doesn't work for you, try loading your previous save file where you still have Peeper following you and set the same value in your recent save file."

Managed to revive Peeper a couple times. But after going to the nameless isle it stopped working. Tried the savegame editor and copied over all values but still could not get it to work

@Витольд just saved my life. The only thing I would add is that you have to make sure that after you close savegame window that you save the save file (File _> Save) or else it wont work

So this mod makes it so you can't get the black cat summon if the cat has died. Dunno if it was an update that bugged it or what.

Doesn't actually revive Peeper after killing him in the quest-line. So sad. :c
