This small guide will help you change the ingame language to english when the Steam language setting doesn't work for the game.

Who needs this

Are you having issues getting your game running in your prefered language rather then the one beeing used by your OS?
Running your Windows in your native language but want everything Steam/Game in english?
Then you should consider changing some files for Demolition INC.

What you need to do

Right click on Demolition, Inc. in your Steam Library and choose Properties
Switch to the LOCAL FILES tab and click on BROWSE LOCAL FILES...
Go into the Data Folder in the newly opened Explorer Window
You should find yourself now in a Folder similar to this
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\demolitioninc\Data\
Delete the file for the language beeing currently used ingame
(Only delete the file for the language you want to remove, not all of them!)
texts_de.xml (German) ( I deleted this file for the German language ) texts_es.xml (Spanish) texts_fr.xml (French) texts_it.xml (Italian) texts_jp.xml (Japanese) texts_ko.xml (Korean) texts_pl.xml (Polish) texts_ru.xml (Russian) texts_zh.xml (Chinese)
Create a copy of texts_en.xml (Either with right click copy&paste or with CTRL+C & CTRL+V)
Rename the newly created file (texts_en - Copy.xml) to the name of the file you previously deleted. ( e.g. texts_en - Copy.xml -> texts_de.xml )
Start the game and enjoy the english language

FAQ

Q: The game is not running anymore after i made some changes!
A: Go to your Steam Library and open the Properties of Demoliotion, Inc.
Switch to the LOCAL FILES tab and click on the button to VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE...
Broken or missing files should now be downloaded after a check.
