On DarkRP your role is also shown below your name. If ULX is installed, your user group will be shown as well.
You need to enable antialiasing in your gmod video settings for perfect quality (if you are not using it yet), there is not other way.

UPDATES in January and February 2019:
Removed the icons. Fixed the font scale for small screen resolutions.

Features:
- It should work on all gamemodes, but if a gamemode uses other custom voice chat bars, both of them may appear at the same time.
- Modern design, with dynamic circle movement.
- Configurable in-game, via insomnia_voicechat (console), !insomnia_voicechat and /insomnia_voicechat (chat).
- Auto re-sizable for screen resolutions which are smaller than 1080p.
- You can choose whether you want to see players' Steam avatar or their playermodel.

FAQ: Bug reports are important to me. If you find an issue and you don't report it here, I won't be able to improve or fix it because I'm not omniscient.
