Urn was already pretty common as an item for Quas Wex Invokers.
Alot of pub players including myself and even famous voker players like Miracle though, have experienced a high success rate with urn on Quas Exort Invoker!

Item Progression:

Starting items:
Null Talisman; 2 Iron branches (later used for Magic Wand or consumed on lane for regen)

Lane items:
Complete Magic Wand; get extra set of tangos (used if harassing players with alacrity,
alacrity is very useful because it can grant last hit potential vs strong cs heroes like zeus, sniper...);
get phaseboots next (actually no more stat items needed) -->
blades of attack into boots/ adjust if movement speed is crucial on lane because of trading;

Get yourself a Tear Drop!
These will be useful on lane because youll lack your second stat item (Second Nulli/Aquila) --> Save them in backpack if shards are used --> buy urn of shadows and kill mid with coldsnap tornado meatball combo

Keep killing people --> Buy regen! (Healing Salves to be able to gain all experience that is granted on lane, buy mangos if heroes interrupt claritiy!)
Buy aghs (around min 13-16)

Late game items/mid game:

Finish aghs; buy blink/Force and VESSEL (counters strong 7.19 meta heroes such as axe, centaur, bristle, and instakills supports)

buy common voker items and finish game!
