makes skip's naked gun good

- it works on more npcs (probably all?)
- it works on players (lol)
- its Blue now. instead of just using the vanilla raygun sprites
- you can upgrade it at the weapon upgrade anvil to steal back items & held items

I downgraded the Mod so I no longer have the log but it is exactly what i said. could not spawn nakedgunbb_projectile_2 or some other other syntax variation.

I likely won't get an answer, but figure i'll try. this mod is throwing a projectile database exception and I'd really appreciate an update to fix it. thanks.
