What is ASMR? Why apply it to Dead by Daylight?
For those of you who don't know or are curious about ASMR, it is an acronym for Autonomous sensory meridian response, which is a phenomenon that causes a tingling euphoric feeling in those that are sensitive to faint sounds or a pretty visual display. The more common stimuli that can cause these feelings are typically whispering or ambient noises like someone tapping their fingers, crumpling paper, or even by reading this guide to someone. There is a big range of what exactly consitutes as an ASMR trigger for different people, but typically there is the absence of loud noises and Dead by Daylight has a lot of non-ASMR friendly noises, which this build is set to remove or appropriately reduce as much as possible.
What the build should look like on your screen
Perk #1 - Pharmacy

You have a knack for finding medicine. Searches through Chests are 40/60/80 % faster.
The noises caused by searches along with their hearing distances are reduced by 0/4/8 metres.
Pharmacy guarantees an Emergency Med-Kit on your first completed Chest search.

Adrenaline, it's going to keep us awake. I stole it from one of the Nurse's carts." — Quentin Smith

Unique to Quentin Smith until Level 35, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors.

When I was making this build, I realized that the popular perk self-care will be a hard thing to give up for some players, so I realized that the only other perk that can give you the ability to self-care is pharmacy, since you are guaranteed a green medkit on your first search. The fact that you also search chests faster and make less noise while doing so makes this a perfect keystone in this build so that you don't enter the fog with no means to heal yourself.
Perk #2 - Technician

The noises caused by your repairs and their hearing distance are reduced by 0/4/8 metres. On a failed repair Skill Checks, there is a 30/40/50 % chance the Generator explosion will be prevented.
"I'm gonna stealth this one." — Feng Min

Unique to Feng Min until Level 30, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors.

One other suitable perk in this game for an ASMR build is Technician, which lets you do ASMR friendly generator repairs while potentially reducing the chance of failing a skill check hurting your immersive ASMR experience. Realistically speaking, this perk is also decent to use against Freddy if you have no one to wake you up and if the generators are still available to repair since you can potentially wake up without notifying the killer of your presence.
Perk #3 - Calm Spirit

Animals seem to trust you as they often stay calm in your presence. Reduces chances of alerting Crows by 80/90/100 %.
Your calm spirit can overcome the urge to scream due to Madness, Intoxication or getting injured by the Killer.

Unique to Jake Park until Level 35, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors.

In most ASMR videos, there is always a calm atmosphere being established by the person making all the tapping and whispering, so it makes sense for you not to even scare the birds away with your pitter patter from trying to juke the killer. Now in Patch 2.1.0, you also prevent yourself from making any loud noise in the form of screaming, which is good in my opinion against Nurse as well since she will not be able to hear which direction you dart off in from the scream of pain that Iron Will doesn't cover. Also as the perk states, you don't scream in general if you get injured by the killer which has a situational use against all killers in the game. What really gives you an advantage though is this perk against the Doctor's screaming, since you will nullify his tracking ability on survivors with madness through his zapping. Beware though, he can still see you with his illusions if he has the specific addon, but at least the static effect is ASMR-friendly. Lastly, this perk softly counters the Clown's gas since he will not hear you scream, but will likely know anyways from the intoxication score event, likewise with how the Doctor's madness tier up may give him some idea of where you are, but at least it's not a complete giveaway.
Perk #4 - Iron Will

You're able to concentrate and enter a meditative-like state to numb some pain. Grunts of pain caused by injuries are reduced by 50/100/100 % while staying still/while staying still/at any time.

Unique to Jake Park until Level 30, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors.

The cherry on top of this build is Iron Will, so that you don't make those pesky moaning and groaning sounds that force people to play this game with headphones since some people will mistake the game for a different genre. This perk gives this build some minor edge since it synergizes with Calm Spirit, making it difficult for you to be tracked with sound if you do end up being hit. This will give you some time to make a play based on the absence of survivor's sounds of pain, which can come in handy on maps like Lery's Memorial where there are many corners and nooks for your survivor to fit in.
Disclaimer
While this build does some have redeeming qualities, you may not find it very good in a serious manner since there is no exhaustion perk to save your bacon if you do end up being injured and tunneled. Also the fact that Pharmacy can be countered by Franklin's Demise can make you be put off if you go against many killers that can smack your green medkit out of your hands. Also if you consider this build to be underwhelming then I welcome you to make your own changes, but understand that this build is not meant as a serious playstyle. Other then that, enjoy this build for the intent that it was made for, which is to meme around with the reduction of sound.

if you remove pharmacy and calm spirit replacing it with lightweit and some exhaution perk it is a serious build for even high ranks where killers actually hear sounds from survivors

@V Thanks for pointing that out, however I wrote in the Disclaimer that this build is catered towards a meme build. I did write about how you can use this build in a serious manner, but it's ultimately not the purpose, hence why I wrote the Disclaimer in the first place.
