these settings are NOT "recommended" (because they mess around with IDR-Period - i use 1/5fps as IDR) - but they are a workaround to force AMF to put i-Frames more often (on 1/5th of FPS) // know errors: you CANT "search" fast through the file with mediaplayers (due to what this workaround does) // the workaround wont be necessary anymore with Plugin version 2.1.0

settings: NOTE - THIS IS A WORKAROUND FOR A yet MISSING FEATURE (will be added in v2.1.0)
