Beschreibung
Overview
Pump shotguns and chain shotguns will fire 6 pellets simultaneously, rather than one single shot.

This also isn't like other similar mods in the sense that shotguns with this will fire buckshots properly, rather than technically fire one pellet after the other very quickly. This effect is most noticeable in shotguns that fire bursts such as the chain shotgun.

Demonstration:


Damage rounding can be configured in Mod Settings:
  • Random - damage rounding is random (e.g. 22 damage w/ 6 pellets does 3-4 damage per pellet)
  • Standard - damage rounding follows normal rounding rules (e.g. 22 damage w/ 6 pellets does 4 damage per pellet)
  • Up - damage is always rounded up
  • Down - damage is always rounded down

Powered by Harmony Patch Library. If playing 1.1, the Harmony mod is required.

I also recommend checking out Pet_Mudstone's patch pack which adds further support for a myriad of other mods.

Any mods that add shotguns that haven't been patched will still work, but they won't fire proper buckshots.

Saves:
Can safely be added to ongoing saves. There may be error messages when removing this mod from a save, but they should be harmless.

@Spartanlord you can use the RIMMSQoL mod. It allows you to change variables of the majority of stuff within the game, modded or vanilla. Just open up the mod settings (QoL), go to Weapons, find the shotguns, go down to the Item Stats tab, add another stat, and put the damage multiplier somewhere between 0.1 to 0.2, that way, the shotguns will do similar damage as they did in vanilla.

there was a copy mod for 1.2 that might have fixed that or it can be changed in settings didnt notcied the damage increase

Works in 1.3 but unfortunately is bugged; each shotgun 'pellet' does full damage. This sextuples the damage of your shotgun. You can kill a Centipede in 3 chain shotgun bursts.
