How to make brazilian Feijoada

Ingredients and Seasoning
First of all, you need to go in a Brazilian Store

Ingredients:

1kg of black beans
100g of dried meat
70g of pig ear
70g of pork tail
70g of pork
100g of pork ribs
50g of pork loin
150g of Portuguese sausage


Seasoning:

2 large chopped onions
1 bunch green onion finely chopped
3 bay leaves
6 cloves garlic
Black pepper
1 or 2 oranges
Salt if you need


Instructions
First step: Put the meat in the sauce for 36 hours or more, go changing the water several times, if it is hot or summer, put ice on top or in cold layers;

Second step: Put to cook step by step: the hard meats, then the soft meats;

Third step: After that, put the beans, and remove the meat;

Fourth step: and finally, you can season the beans.

- You can eat with these options:

White rice, orange, pork chops, brazilian "farofa", bacon, brazilian "torresmo" and sausage.
