Запускаем игру, переключаем в оконный режим, по комбинации Alt+Tab.



Запускаем Cheat Engine, если у Вас нет программы, её можно скачать по ссылке ниже
Не буду подробно описывать работу программы, многие её знают, много материала можно найти в интернете

В программе выбираем открыть процесс



выбираем "Car Parking Kit 2.1"



Далее в правой части окна ставим галочку "Enable Speedhack", перемещаем ползунок в крайнее правое положение и нажимаем Apply



Остаемся в главном меню, ждем менее 1 минуты, достижения будут очень быстро открываться

В итоге у Вас должно быть вот так
