Heres my guide for football "manager" 2018 .
Switch to a damn 5-2-3 formation or taste dookie down your throat.
Go up here find any 5-2-3 tactic ( some are called "3-4-3" ) http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/share-download-fm-18-tactics download play quick pick and win.
Thats about all..Also don't look at player stats or anything like condition morale etc as that doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥ anymore.
Just press quickpick and go.Also if you think I'm some trolling or some ♥♥♥♥ no i'm dead serious)).Thats unfourtunately what the game has come down to and I'll say things how they are to simplify it for you.

Other formations are dookie on 18.
If u want to play other formations try older fms like 16 or older...
Then again if u are a Coprophiliac try other formations.
Also I heard a mofo was proud how he won the league with stoke in 7 seasons..
In 7 seasons I'd have a squad better than Barcelona on any team..
So dont spread that dookie talk here :)..
Individual player instructions/ training
Don't use any individual player instructions ever as its now absolutely useless and would probably ruin your results too..Just about any forum tactic now days specifically writes not to use any player instructions.

Training leave EVERYTHING to asistant.Probably leave team talks to assistant too as this is now useless as well.
Shoeheads and muppets
A shoehead is somebody usually between the age of 6 and about 14 that puts shoe paraphernalia on it's head that dements his thinking.A shoehead is a person that willingly plays along to hoe ♥♥♥♥.
If you are a shoehead please remove any shoe paraphernalia before playing the game.

If you are a muppet the things in the guide are probably inapplicable to you .

No man I'm not, as I said I skipped fm18 because I played fm17 20 months one save, now in Fm19 I'm in 31st season, one save, 0 days on holiday
